Purpose
Our Florida DCF Foster child, an American Citizen, Sabi Socorro Pech, age 2: was illegally Kidnapped and Trafficked from Naples Florida in July 2025 into Campeche, Mexico. He was trafficked across state lines and and Transnational Lines by Criminals. He is believed to be held by Gelsy Arana Arcos of Campeche, Mexico, who "allegedly" paid off the US traffickers to bring the child there. Sabi was believed to have gong through or near Orem, Utah on the way to Mexico. This is the home of the first "alleged" person who arranged the trafficking of this innocent baby.

Sal has gone way beyond what is normal in our case,
He has and still is grieving with us and he was doing all he could to stop the Trafficking of Sabi Socorro Pech. Now he is literally fighting with us every day, to get Sabi immediately out of danger in Mexico and back into the arms of John and Laurie Smythe. Sal understands that saving the life of a child is more important than anything else.

We want to thank our Attorney John Gilhart at Family First Legal who has had the difficult task of fighting for our civil rights. Although we were legally qualified, we were denied our rights to be heard in the courtroom for no reason! Our Writ was denied. Mr. Gilhart appealed the Writ, again denied!
We could NOT protect Sabi Socorro Pech. We were never allowed to be heard and present evidence in the courtroom.
When Civil Rights are violated against the only ones, John and Laurie Smythe, Loving Sabi and protecting Sabi, Then children are 100% vulnerable-they have no one. This is how children get trafficked, hurt, and die!
Laws are NOT there to be broken and John Gilhart is working to make a difference with children.
